Services and Repairs

There is a $165.00 Call Out Fee, payable prior to arrival of our technician to your property.

The charge of $165 covers the technician for the first hour. If additional time is required, this will be charged at $100 per hour. These costs are based on 1 technician attending your property, if the job requires 2 technicians the charges above will be doubled.

If the technician requires product parts to be used to complete the repairs, an additional charge will incur determined upon the product price used and be invoiced to the customer once the repair is completed.

If a product requires ordering to complete the repair, no additional $165.00 Call Out will incur for the technician to return to the property.

If our service technician is unable to do the repairs on-site, for any given reason, the blinds can be brought back to the workshop for repairs. There is a $100.00 per hour charge for repairs in the warehouse, plus parts used.

If the blinds are deemed unrepairable the technician will measure for new blinds & the call out fee, previously invoiced, will be deducted from the total cost of the replacement products.

If you agree to the above conditions and pricing, please sign below, and return the form. We will send you an invoice to pay for the call out fee and contact you to book in a time with our technician. The validation of this booking will be determined upon payment received of the call out fee.
